At this house, we have been tasked with expanding a modest ranch into a two-story house worthy of its waterfront views. A narrow site and requirement for a garage, combined with the low-slung existing roofline, presented a design challenge. Yet the unified vision is stepping into life: a cohesive and cozy home scaled for modern living.
