After adding three levels of indoor and outdoor living space in our Verandas and Views project, the homeowners returned to Salvador & Steelman, looking to reimagine the site with new accessory buildings. The modern structures with traditional forms are a one-car garage with storage, and an accessory apartment, connected visually with a pergola roof structure. With large windows and efficient use of limited space, the larger of the two buildings provides comfortable amenities and makes the most of a lovely location on the property.
